2. Removal of Deceased within 10 miles of Our location.
   Note: If the death occurs In a home it will require a second Removal personnel and result in a extra charge, amount depends on location.
3. The Sanitary care of the decease for Identifying purposes only.
   Note: Embalming is not required by NJ State law, but highly recommended. If you choose to have a open casket. For viewing purposes. 
4. Minimal container for the Decease required by the Crematory.
5. Transportation to the Crematory
6. Filing the Death
7. Notification of Social Security
8. A plain plastic Urn included
