These Affordable Cremation prices are effective as of February-01-2017

Direct (Immediate) Cremation - $895.00

Our Direct Cremation package charges include the following services:

Basic Services of Funeral Director & Staff
Transportation from the Place of Death (within 25 miles of Gorny Funeral Serv.)(within the state of NJ)
The basic sheltering of the remains
Filing of Death Certificate
Obtaining Cremation Permit
Social Security Notification
Local transportation to the CREMATORY
Sanitary care & Practical preparation of remains for Identification

NOTE: The price does NOT include any of the following charges. Embalming, Casket, Use of Facilities and Staff for any Visitation or Ceremony, Public or Private, prior to Cremation, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur. Also, Crematory charges or any other crematory or cemetery requirement which may lead to extra costs, like a Cremation burial vault or liner, Death certificates, Cremation permit, Newspaper Obituaries or any other Service or Merchandise or other cash disbursements, or anything not expressly stated as being provided that could be associated with a Funeral selection. If you want to select any other Services or Merchandise a General Price list will be given upon request.

A Church Funeral Package - $8750.00

The funeral package plan includes the following services and merchandise:

All of the Gorny Funeral service professional service charges.

Professional service charge; coordinating & planning all of the funeral arrangements including the arrangement conference with the family.
Embalming (not required by NJ) with the dressing & casketing and what ever cosmetics or hair dressing is required.
Removal of deceased; (within 25 miles of Gorny Funeral Service) extra charges for removals further than 25 miles of the church will apply.
The on day visitation at the church & the next day service
Rental of the hearse for the morning of the funeral (if cemetery is within 25 miles of Gorny Funeral Service) further distances will result in extra charges.
Transporting of the remains up to church.
Setting up the casket and equipment at church
Supervision of the funeral visitation by church
Gorny Funeral Service personnel needed to conduct funeral
The up to $500 fee required by the church
The choice of several different caskets
Concrete burial vault standard rough box
